My daughter began working with Rebecca in first grade when she was struggling with even the basic reading skills. Now she is completing second grade, and she is reading beautifully. Yesterday she proudly announced that she is able to read chapter books on her own. In addition to teaching my daughter invaluable reading skills, Rebecca also helped my daughter with her confidence as a reader, which has carried over to other areas of her life. Rebecca is very knowledgeable about child development and communicates warmly and effectively with children, including when anxieties can be high.
